Make your mind work FOR you


What are you focusing on right now?


Did you know that if you focus on how bad / uncomfortable/ unfair / noisy / irritating something is, your subconscious will keep providing evidence that this is true.


The more we say something to ourselves or the more judgement we have about something, the more fixed we become in this view, until it is hard to see anything outside of this.


What we focus on, believe to be true, ISN'T the whole picture.

It's only a small part.

But it's the part that we CHOSE to perceive.


And if we choose to focus on something that brings our energy and mood down, then that has an impact on the way our body feels, how we interact with those around us, how we show up for ourselves.


So, here's a chance for a reset.


What if, instead, we chose to focus on the good things in life, like:


How thankful we are for a particular friend, always there when we need them.

Or

How beautiful the sky looks with it's ever changing weather.

Or

How loved we feel when our partners look at us that way.

Or

How wonderous the night sky feels, with all the stars shining brightly.

Or

How glad you are that we took time to do something for someone else and how good it made you feel


You get the picture. Take a chance now to focus on something that makes you feel good. Let that feeling flood through your mind and body and reset your smile!
