I know how hard it is to feel these feelings and live with the energy of them; the anxiety, the overwhelm or hopelessness, and / or the ‘unexplained’ tearfulness AND to feel stuck in this.

Of course, healing is not an overnight journey, you’ll make great strides and then feel like you’ve slipped back a few paces and then you’ll move forward again. It’s uneven and unpredictable; that’s just its nature. It doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong.

That's why I would like to share with you some mindset shifts, energy practices and insights that have created results for many.

I also hope that it will inspire you to get the support that you need along the way.

But first, the thing that I most want to share with you, right now, is a fast and effective Meditative Tapping and Breathing practice.  It’s easy to follow and really helpful for you all aspects of you; it’ll help soothe your nervous system, relax your body, quieten your mind and calm your emotions.  It’s a simple and absolutely repeatable practice.

Below is what it looks like.  It comes with 3 videos, the first is to explain it (3-4 mins), the second is the short practice itself (11 mins) and the third (2 mins) wraps it all up; asking you to check in on yourself and notice what's shifted.

Feedback about this practice:

"Thank you so much Claire; I felt so much better after just one round; much more happy and relaxed! I can hardly believe it! Wow"

Focusing on the breath realigns us, bringing us back into the present moment.  The tapping (EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques) releases stress and energy from the mind and body; settling the nervous system and releasing emotion. And the use of white light in the visualisation aspect helps the mind and body to feel soothed and safe and therefore relaxed.  The overall effect is soothing and calming; helping you connect with your resourceful / aligned self.

It's a fabulous practice and even doing it once will have an impact. But for sustained shifting you'll need to repeat it; daily.  And if you're stressed frequently, more than daily.

Just fill in the form below and the meditative breathing practice will be heading to your inbox.  You’re then set up for the (mostly) monthly newsletter with easy and effective practices, insights and tips to help you towards a place that feels good for you.
