When you don't know what to do for the best.

There’s something I’ve been moving through quietly that I want to share with you—because maybe you’ve felt this way too.
For the last few years, I’ve had this stubborn pain in my feet. I tried acupuncture, Bowen, massage… but nothing truly shifted it.
Eventually, I gave up trying to fix it, and just did what I could to live with it—warming them with Tiger Balm, wearing my most supportive boots, reducing the amount I walk, cleaning up my diet.
All this had been going on a long time, and then my feet felt worse. And I didn't know what to do about it.
And my emotional well-being also took a dive.
And, at the same time, I was also wondering if I should give up something else.
My work.This work.
It all felt heavy and uncertain. And part of me thought maybe it was time to get a “normal job” and stop trying to hold space when I was feeling so wobbly myself.
But then—I saw a dear friend. She gave me hugs and a massage, and more than that… she gave me a name. A recommendation. A little thread of hope.
I booked the osteopath session, not knowing if it would help.
But the moment I said yes to that support… things shifted.
Clients began to reappear—before I’d even had the session.
My feet began to feel different, not just physically but energetically. As if something inside me had opened again.
And I was reminded:Support opens channels.
Saying yes to care (even before it “works”) tells Life we’re open again.
Sometimes healing doesn’t come from pushing through—but from being held.
If you're feeling in need of support, head to my homepage and see if something resonates.
