Beyond Emotional Eating
For when you're ready to stop fighting yourself around food

Have you ever found yourself standing in front of the kitchen cupboard thinking...

"Why am I doing this again?"

You told yourself you'd only have two biscuits.

Or a couple of squares of chocolate.

But somehow, the packet's empty.

Again.

You tell yourself you'll start again tomorrow.

But tomorrow comes...

...and you just can't face another diet.

Another set of rules.

Another attempt to "be good".

Another chance to prove to yourself that you've failed.

You know what healthy eating looks like.

You know what you "should" be doing.

So why does it feel so hard?

Why does food seem to have so much power?

Why does it leave you feeling so frustrated and disappointed with yourself?

And after a while, it stops being just about the food.

Your mind starts collecting evidence.

"See... I knew I couldn't stick to it."

"I've got no willpower."

"Why can't I get a grip?"

"What's wrong with me?"

Until it begins to feel like this isn't just something you do...

It's who you are.

If you're nodding as you read this, I want you to know something.

I see you.

And more importantly...

There is a reason this keeps happening.

And although it might not feel like it right now, it doesn't have to stay this way.

Not because you'll suddenly find more willpower.

Not because someone is going to hand you the perfect diet.

But because when you begin to understand what's really driving these patterns, and learn new ways to care for yourself, things can begin to change.

You don't have to stop loving chocolate.

You don't have to become a different person.

Instead, we'll begin by understanding what's really happening beneath the surface and gently caring for the parts of you that have been relying on food for comfort, safety or relief.

As that relationship with yourself begins to change, your relationship with food naturally begins to change too.

Not through force.

Not through willpower.

But through a growing sense of understanding, self-compassion and trust.

The critical voice begins to soften.

And little by little, you're able to respond to yourself with curiosity and care instead of criticism and guilt.

ChatGPT Image Jun 29, 2026, 05_41_01 PM.png

You might be wondering, "But how does that actually happen?"

We don't begin by trying to stop you eating chocolate.

Or by asking you to try harder.

Instead, we begin by gently noticing your patterns.

What was happening just before you reached for food?

Was it a particular feeling?

A certain time of day?

A difficult conversation?

A stressful week?

Noticing without judgement.

Without trying to fix anything.

Just noticing.

From there, I'll guide you through simple, practical processes that help you work with what's happening underneath those patterns.

Together, we'll gently care for the emotions, beliefs and habits that have been keeping you stuck, so that over time you're no longer relying on food in the same way.

This isn't about knowing what to do.

It's about gently practising a different way of responding to yourself, again and again, until it begins to feel natural.

That's how and where lasting change happens.

So, what does the journey look like?

Beyond Emotional Eating is a six-month online group programme designed to give you the time, support and space to create lasting change.

We meet twice a month on Zoom for 90-minute sessions.

Each session follows a gentle rhythm:

  • Arrive and settle – We'll begin by calming your nervous system and creating a supportive space to arrive, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

  • Celebrate and reflect – We'll celebrate what's been working, acknowledge where you've struggled, and explore the themes and patterns that are beginning to emerge within the group.

  • Discover a new perspective – together we'll gently untangle what's been keeping you stuck and uncover new ways of responding.

  • Reconnect and restore – through EFT, guided healing and gentle practices, you'll leave each session feeling calmer, more grounded and more connected with yourself.

Between our sessions, you'll begin gently weaving what you've learned into your everyday life.

As emotions arise...
As old beliefs show up...
As familiar habits try to pull you back...

...you'll have practical tools, guided resources and simple practices to help you respond differently.

Not perfectly.

Just differently.

Little by little, those new responses begin to feel more natural.

You'll also have access to a private members' hub containing session replays, guided meditations, healing recordings, downloadable workbooks and resources, so you can return to them whenever you need.

Alongside this, we'll have a private WhatsApp group where you can stay connected, ask questions and share your experiences between our live sessions.

One thing I'd love you to know before you begin...

You don't fail this programme.

There will be days when everything clicks.

And there will be days when old patterns show up again.

That's not failure.

It's simply the next opportunity to notice, practice and gently care for yourself in a different way.

Because lasting change isn't created through perfection.

It's created through compassion, curiosity and coming back to yourself, again and again.

Is Beyond Emotional Eating right for you?

Fill your cup_edited.jpg

Before we go any further, it's worth saying again...

This isn't about perfection, giving up chocolate, or getting everything right.

It's about learning a more supportive way of responding to yourself, one small step at a time.

This programme is for you if:

  • You've reached the point where you know you don't want to keep living this way.

  • You're tired of feeling at war with food and with yourself.

  • You're ready to explore what's really driving your eating habits, rather than simply trying to control them.

  • You're willing to gently explore what's happening beneath the surface, with compassion instead of criticism.

  • You're open to practising simple tools and approaches between our sessions, knowing that lasting change comes through using them in everyday life.

  • You'd value being part of a supportive group, while taking responsibility for your own journey.

  • You're looking for a long-term change in your relationship with food, rather than another quick fix.

Beyond Emotional Eating is a guided journey.

I'll walk alongside you, offering coaching, practical tools, healing and support throughout the six months.

You won't be left to figure it all out on your own.

At the same time, the biggest changes happen through the moments in between our sessions, when you gently begin putting what you've learned into practice in your own life.

That's where a growing sense of peace and ease begins to emerge.

That's where confidence begins to grow.

That's where self-trust begins to grow.

And that's where your body begins to feel like a place of guidance instead of conflict.

And you finally stop fighting yourself, and start feeling at home within.

Wondering if this is the right fit for you?

In this video, I talk a little more about emotional eating, how I finally came to understand my own patterns, and the different way we’ll work together over these six months.

Still not sure...

If you're looking for a programme that tells you exactly what to eat, gives you another set of food rules to follow, or promises a quick fix, this probably isn't the right fit for you.

If, however, you're ready to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your own inner wisdom, and build a relationship with food that's guided by awareness rather than rules, I'd love to welcome you.

Beyond Emotional Eating-The Journey

This journey isn't about changing everything overnight.

Each month builds gently on the one before, giving you time to notice, practice, reflect and integrate what you're learning before moving on.

We'll work with a clear structure, while also allowing space to respond to the themes that naturally arise within the group.

Month 1 – Awareness & Signals

We begin by slowing everything down.

Together you'll start noticing your eating patterns, your body's signals, your emotions, your habits and the moments food seems to take over.

There is nothing to fix here.

Just gentle awareness.

Because once you can see the patterns, you can begin to work with them.

Month 2 – Caring for What's Beneath the Cravings

Once you've begun noticing the patterns, we'll start gently caring for what sits underneath them.

Together we'll explore emotional eating, stress, overwhelm, comfort eating and self-soothing, while building practical ways to support yourself that don't rely solely on food.

This month isn't about taking food away.

It's about adding new ways of caring for yourself.

Month 3 – Unpicking the Stories That Shape Your Choices

Together we'll gently explore the beliefs, experiences and inner stories that have quietly shaped the way you relate to food, yourself and the world around you.

We'll begin loosening the patterns of self-criticism, shame, perfectionism and old beliefs that no longer serve you, creating space for something kinder to grow.

Month 4 – Stepping Into a New Relationship With Yourself

As change begins to feel real, it's natural for new fears, doubts and old patterns to show up.

Rather than seeing these moments as setbacks, we'll work with them compassionately, helping you move through self-sabotage, uncertainty and the hidden barriers that have been keeping you stuck.

This is where lasting change begins to feel possible.

Month 5 – Creating a Life That Nourishes You

By now, food is no longer the whole story.

Together we'll begin exploring what truly nourishes you — emotionally, physically and spiritually.

We'll look at your relationship with rest, movement, creativity, purpose, connection, work and joy, while learning to hear what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

Because sometimes the hunger was never really about food.

Month 6 – Integration & Self-Trust

This final month is about bringing everything together.

Food is no longer simply something to fight against.

Instead, it becomes information.

A messenger.

A gentle invitation to pause and listen.

We'll strengthen your self-trust, celebrate how far you've come and create a way of moving forward that feels supportive, sustainable and true to who you're becoming.

This is where you stop fighting yourself...

...and start feeling at home within.

Why I'm so passionate about this work

Can I share something with you?

For years, I absolutely believed there was something wrong with me.

I thought I simply didn't have enough willpower.

I thought I should be able to control myself around food.

Every time I found myself back in the biscuit tin or standing in front of the cupboard wondering, "Why am I doing this again?" I felt like I'd failed.

Looking back, I can see that my relationship with food began much earlier than I realised. As a child, biscuits became fun and connection.

Over the years, food quietly became the way I soothed myself when life felt overwhelming, stressful or emotionally difficult.

I didn't know that had a name.

I just thought there was something wrong with me, and often felt that I hated myself.

It wasn't until I began training in EFT and emotional wellbeing that everything started to make sense.

More importantly, I began to discover a different way of responding.

Not by fighting myself harder- I'd tried that, it didn't work.

Not through more rules- restriction made me rebellious.

Not through another diet- that, I just couldn't face.

But by gently exploring what was happening underneath, caring for the emotions I'd been avoiding, and finding new ways to support myself.

Even now, if life becomes particularly stressful, I can still find myself standing in front of the cupboard.

The difference is that I notice it.

And I can feel what it might be trying to tell me.

Sometimes what I really need is a rest, a meditation, a walk, a cry, or simply a few quiet moments to breathe.

And sometimes, I consciously choose to have the chocolate.

Not because I feel out of control...

...but because it's a choice, rather than the only way I know how to cope.

That, to me, is freedom.

That's why I'm so passionate about this work.

Because I'm tired of seeing good people believe they're failing, when in reality they've simply never been shown what's happening underneath their eating.

There isn't something wrong with you.

There are reasons why you've learnt to cope in this way.

And when you begin to gently explore those reasons, meet them with compassion, and care for what's underneath, your relationship with food can begin to change naturally too.

Over the past eleven years I've brought together my own lived experience with extensive training in EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Quantum Touch, Reiki, IEMT (currently completing case studies), and other mind-body approaches, alongside thousands of hours supporting clients.

Beyond Emotional Eating is the programme that I wish had existed when I believed I was the problem.

I'd be honoured to walk alongside you as you discover that you're not the problem either.

Sustaining Contribution

This is the true cost of the programme and the contribution that allows Beyond Emotional Eating to remain a sustainable part of my business.

Investment

There's one more thing I'd love to share before we get to the investment.

Money can feel like an uncomfortable thing to talk about, but I'd like to explain how I've chosen to price Beyond Emotional Eating.

Rather than setting one fixed price, I've chosen a Pay From The Heart model.

For me, it honours something that's really important.

We both have needs.

I want you to have the opportunity to choose the contribution that honestly reflects your current circumstances.

And I need to run a sustainable business so I can continue creating and offering this work for many years to come.

The three contribution levels below all include exactly the same programme, resources, guidance and support.

Only you know what feels both supportive and sustainable for you at this point in your life.

No applications.

No explanations.

No judgement.

Just an honest exchange from my heart to yours.

Pay It Forward Contribution

If you're in a season of life where contributing beyond the Sustaining Contribution feels comfortable, this option helps make Accessible places available for someone else.

Your generosity quietly extends the reach of this work.

£250 per month or £1,500 when paid in full.

Accessible Contribution

I never want finances to be the reason someone can't access healing.

If paying the Sustaining Contribution would compromise your ability to meet your essential needs, please choose this option with an open heart.

It's here because I genuinely want this work to be accessible.

£80 per month for 6 months or £480 when paid in full

Some people, however, know they'd also value dedicated one-to-one support alongside the group journey.

If that feels right for you, you can add Personal Mentoring alongside your Beyond Emotional Eating programme.

This includes:

  • Four private one-to-one mentoring sessions during your six-month journey.

  • Dedicated space to explore experiences that feel especially personal or would benefit from deeper individual support.

  • Personalised guidance alongside everything included within the group programme.

Additional Investment

£999 when paid in full or 6 monthly payments of £166.50

The doors to this first Beyond Emotional Eating journey are now open.

We'll begin together on Monday 10th August with our first live session and, over the following six months, gently work our way through everything you've read about on this page.

Because this is a guided group journey, registration will close before we begin so that everyone starts together.

I'd love to welcome you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand that sometimes, after joining, you may realise that Beyond Emotional Eating isn't the right fit for you. If that happens, here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Before the programme begins

If you let me know at least 48 hours before our first live session, I'll refund your payment in full, minus a £40 administration fee.

If you've also purchased Personal Mentoring, this will be refunded in full.

During the first two weeks

If, within two weeks of the first live session, you decide Beyond Emotional Eating isn't the right fit for you, you can cancel your place by emailing claire@yoursoulenergy.co.uk with "Programme Cancellation" in the subject line.

Your first month's programme payment will be retained to cover your place, the live sessions, resources and administration already provided.

  • If you're paying monthly: any future payments will be cancelled.

  • If you've paid in full: the remaining balance will be refunded, less the equivalent of your first month's programme payment.

If you've purchased Personal Mentoring and haven't yet used any sessions, this will be refunded in full. If you've already begun your Personal Mentoring, any unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

After the first two weeks

Beyond Emotional Eating is designed as a six-month guided journey, with each participant reserving one of a limited number of places.

After the initial two-week period following the first live session, your place is confirmed for the remainder of the programme. Refunds are no longer available, and any remaining scheduled payments will continue as agreed.

If you're unable to attend a live session, you'll still receive access to the recordings, workbooks and programme resources, allowing you to continue the journey in your own time.

Exceptional circumstances

If a serious illness or significant unexpected life event means you're unable to continue for an extended period, please get in touch. I'll always do my best to work with you compassionately and fairly to find an appropriate solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't make a live session?

Life doesn't stop because you've joined Beyond Emotional Eating.

If you're away, unwell, or another commitment comes up, don't worry. Every live session is recorded and uploaded to the Members' Hub, so you can catch up in your own time.

I'd love to see you live whenever you can, but this programme is here to support your life, not become another source of pressure.

Do I have to share during the live sessions?

No.

You're always welcome to share, ask questions and join in as much or as little as feels right for you.

Many people find that simply listening to others helps them realise they're not alone. You'll never be put on the spot or expected to talk before you're ready.

Is this a diet programme?

No.

Beyond Emotional Eating isn't about telling you what to eat or giving you another set of food rules to follow.

Instead, we'll gently explore what's happening underneath your relationship with food, helping you build a more compassionate and trusting relationship with yourself.

Will I still be able to eat chocolate?

Yes.

This programme isn't about giving up chocolate or any other food.

It's about creating enough awareness and self-trust that your choices begin to come from a place of care rather than feeling out of control.

Sometimes you'll choose the chocolate.

The difference is that it becomes a conscious choice, rather than the only way you know how to cope.

What if I emotionally eat while I'm on the programme?

It's very likely that you will.

Emotional eating patterns don't disappear overnight, and this programme isn't about expecting perfection.

In fact, those moments often become some of the richest opportunities for learning, healing and understanding.

Rather than seeing them as failures, we'll become curious about them together, gently exploring what they're showing you and how you can begin responding differently over time.

Will I lose weight?

Many people find that, as they begin caring for themselves in new ways and relying less on food for emotional comfort, weight naturally begins to change.

However, Beyond Emotional Eating isn't a weight-loss programme, and I can't predict what that will look like for each person.

Our focus is on helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your emotional and physical hunger signals, and build a relationship with food that feels peaceful, supportive and sustainable.

Is this programme only for women?

No.

Although many of the people I currently work with are women, emotional eating isn't limited by gender.

If this approach resonates with you, you're very welcome here.

How much time will I need to practise between sessions?

There isn't lots of homework.

Instead, I'll gently encourage you to bring small moments of awareness into your everyday life, using the tools and approaches we explore together whenever they're helpful.

It's those small, compassionate moments of practice that gradually create lasting change.

What happens after I join?

As soon as you've completed your registration, you'll receive a welcome email. (If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.)

Over the following weeks, you'll receive your Welcome Pack, details of the Members' Hub and how to set up your login, information about our WhatsApp community, and everything you'll need before our first live session.

If you've chosen to add Personal Mentoring, please reply to your welcome email to let me know. We don't need to arrange your sessions straight away, but it will help me make sure I have space available for you when you're ready.

Until then, there's nothing you need to achieve before we begin.

Simply arrive as you are.

How will I receive my Zoom links?

You'll receive an email with your Zoom link on the morning of each live session, so it's easy to find when you need it. It'll also be available in the hub.

How will I know what we're focusing on each week?

Each week you'll receive an email from me introducing that week's theme, along with guidance and links to any relevant resources in the Members' Hub.

These emails are there to gently support you between our live sessions and help you keep coming back to yourself.

When are the live sessions?

Beyond Emotional Eating begins on Monday 10th August 2026.

We meet live on Zoom on Monday evenings from 7:30–9:00 pm (UK time).

You'll receive a full list of session dates in your Welcome Pack, they are also listed below.
