Do you need these top 3 tips for Vibrancy?

Many things can leave us feeling less than energised, lively or vivacious and it feels as if the past year or so has been a study in them!

We all know that we need to eat right, drink lots of water, exercise and get good sleep in order for our bodies to feel good. We know that spending time with our loved ones and pets helps us feel connected and loved. We are starting to understand that using breath work on top of this is necessary for nervous system health which impacts our physical and mental health.

This is all fabulous stuff but in my experience we need more than that.

Our spirits need to fill up, to soar and feel vibrant, we need to feel the fun and potency that a great life gives us.

So what can we do to help ourselves feel that?

Dancing- moving the body to upbeat music lifts our spirits, so pick your favourite tunes to get your feet moving and energy soaring.

Good giggles with great friends-I’m not sure much needs to be added to that, but just in case, laughter while you are with people you love and can feel relaxed with, is such a powerful pick me up.

A wonderful transcendental meditation- this type of meditation guides us to fill up with light and connect with something outside of ourselves, usually with music that clears our energy and carries us high.
