Morning Practices (for high energy)
(Audio file) A snippet/condensed version of my daily morning practice.
We start with energy clearing, then balancing, setting intentions and a gratitude practice. Finish with a boogie to your favourite upbeat/inspiring tune. (I LOVE: Cat Stevens "I can't keep it in").
Once you are used to it, you won't need to listen to my recording and you will most likely be able to do it in 10 mins (including the dancing!).
A short practice to bring goodness for the day to come, using a ball visualisation.
A simple practice to ground, connect with the Divine and protect the energy field.
